FSANZ has assessed an application made by Novonesis to permit the use of the enzyme endo-1,4-beta-xylanase (EC 3.2.1.8) as a processing aid in the production of potable alcohol and starch and gluten fractions, FSANZ has prepared a draft food regulatory measure.
FSANZ has provided public notification and welcomes your submission to assist with consideration of the application.
